UGSheets.ai ("UGSheets", "we", "us", or "our") is operated by Liav Tal, an Israeli sole proprietor (עוסק מורשה). UGSheets provides a website and automation system that enables users to generate UGC-style marketing content through structured inputs and third-party AI tools.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights regarding that information.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide:

• Name, email address, and phone number (optional) when contacting us, booking a demo, or completing checkout.

• Billing and order information needed to process payment (see Section 3, "Payment Processing"). We do not receive or store your full card number.

• Content submitted to the platform, including scripts, prompts, product descriptions, product links, and creative direction.

• Reference photos, images, audio, or video that you upload or link to — including, where applicable, images or voices of real people (such as yourself or a "persona" reference) used to generate AI content.

• Any information voluntarily provided during onboarding or support communication.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Information Collected Automatically:

• Basic website usage data (such as browser type, device type, pages visited, approximate location).

• Technical logs necessary for service operation (timestamps, processing status, error logs).

• Cookies used for essential website functionality and analytics — see Section 7, "Cookies".

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Operate and deliver the UGSheets service.

• Process payment and prevent fraud.

• Process creative inputs and generate outputs.

• Provide onboarding, support, and transactional communications (e.g., workspace-ready notifications, receipts).

• Monitor system performance and improve reliability.

• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Payment Processing

Payments are currently processed via PayPal or Max, through Wix's checkout infrastructure, depending on the payment option you select at checkout. When you check out, your payment details are entered directly with the payment processor you choose and are not stored on our servers — we receive only confirmation of payment, a transaction reference, and the billing name/email associated with the order. Each processor's own privacy policy governs its handling of your payment details.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

Depending on how you use UGSheets, your information (including uploaded content, prompts, and reference media) may be processed by:

• Wix.com — website hosting, forms, checkout infrastructure, and built-in site analytics.

• PayPal and Max — payment processing (see Section 3).

• Apify — used to power the "Winning Ads" research feature; processes the search keywords you provide in order to scrape public ad data from platforms such as TikTok, Meta Ads, Reddit, X/Twitter, and YouTube.

• Google (Google Sheets, Google Drive, Google Apps Script) — your dedicated workspace and automation triggers.

• n8n (workflow automation platform) — orchestrates the generation pipeline.

• OpenAI — text and image analysis/generation used to interpret your inputs and generate creative prompts and images.

• kie.ai, which relies on Google's Veo model — AI video generation.

• Cloudinary — storage and delivery of generated media.

• Telegram — used internally by our team for operational alerts only; customer content is not processed through Telegram.

• Usercentrics — powers the cookie-consent banner on our website (see Section 7, "Cookies").

• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — Meta Pixel, used to measure the performance of our advertising and understand how visitors interact with our website. See Section 7, "Cookies."

• TikTok — TikTok Pixel, used to measure the performance of our TikTok advertising and understand how visitors interact with our website. See Section 7, "Cookies."

We do not sell personal data. We use Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel to measure advertising performance (see Section 7, "Cookies"). We do not currently use Google Analytics or other third-party advertising-tracking tools beyond Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel. If that changes, we will update this Policy and our cookie disclosures beforehand.

Each provider processes information only as necessary to operate the Service and maintains its own privacy policy governing its handling of data.

5. AI-Generated Outputs and Uploaded Media

UGSheets uses third-party AI systems to generate content. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. Users are solely responsible for reviewing generated content and ensuring it complies with applicable laws, advertising regulations, intellectual property laws, and platform policies — including any disclosure required when publishing AI-generated content as an endorsement or testimonial (see our Terms of Service, Section 3).

If you upload a photo, voice sample, or other likeness (including your own or a colleague's), you confirm that you have the right and any necessary consent to submit it for AI processing, and that doing so complies with applicable law. Do not upload images, audio, or other media of any real, identifiable person without their knowledge and consent.

Content submitted to the system (such as prompts, scripts, or descriptions) may be processed by the third-party AI providers listed in Section 4 in order to generate outputs. Avoid submitting sensitive or confidential information you would not want processed by these providers.

6. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the Service, maintain operational records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

Workspaces (and the rows, media, and prompts within them) that show no activity for 90 consecutive days (approximately 3 months) are archived — archiving preserves your workspace's data but suspends your ability to use the workspace. An archived workspace can be reactivated ("revived") by making a new purchase of a UGSheets plan or generation rows, or at our discretion; contact hello@ugsheets.ai if you need a specific archived workspace restored. We may permanently delete archived data at our discretion, particularly after extended continued inactivity, consistent with our Terms of Service. Generated-file download links displayed in your workspace typically remain active for 7–14 days — please download and back up your assets promptly.

You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Requests may be subject to technical or legal limitations related to system operation or record-keeping requirements.

7. Cookies

We use a cookie-consent banner (powered by Usercentrics) that lets visitors accept or decline non-essential cookies. Depending on your region, you may see this banner when you first visit our website.

We currently use:

• Essential cookies required for the website and checkout to function.

• Wix's built-in, first-party analytics cookies, which help us understand aggregate site traffic and improve performance.

• Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) — a marketing cookie that helps us measure the performance of our Facebook/Instagram advertising and understand how visitors from those platforms interact with our website. This is categorized as a marketing cookie and, where required by law, only loads after you provide consent through our cookie banner.

• TikTok Pixel — a marketing cookie that helps us measure the performance of our TikTok advertising and understand how visitors from that platform interact with our website. This is categorized as a marketing cookie and, where required by law, only loads after you provide consent through our cookie banner.

We use Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel to measure the performance of our Facebook/Instagram and TikTok advertising, as described above. We do not currently run Google Analytics or other third-party advertising-tracking tools beyond Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel. You can manage your cookie preferences through the consent banner or your browser settings. If we add additional analytics or advertising-tracking tools in the future, we will update this section and, where required by law, request your consent first.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access your personal data,

• Request correction,

• Request deletion,

• Restrict or object to certain processing,

• Withdraw consent, where processing is based on consent.

9. International Processing

Because we rely on third-party service providers, data may be processed outside your country of residence, including in the United States (for example, by OpenAI, kie.ai, and Cloudinary). We take reasonable steps to work with reputable providers that maintain appropriate safeguards.

10. Security

We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

UGSheets is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and for material changes we will make reasonable efforts to notify active customers via email.
